                           USHER GUIDELINES

DRESS CODE:   Solid black pants, slacks, or skirts. White shirt or blouse. Men black jackets and women black or white sweaters. Black sensible shoes. 

NAME BADGES:  Signed out at beginning of season and turned in at end of season.  There is a $5.00 charge for lost badges.  

CHECK IN:   One hour and 15 minutes before performance at sign in table.  After receiving assignment, please proceed into the Center for any further instructions. Inside ushers need flashlights with them. 

HOUSE MANAGER:  The person in charge at all performances, and the one to see if there are any problems or emergencies. 

CLOSET:   There is a locked cabinet for all purses and jackets, etc..  The House Manager has the key. 

                          

GUIDELINES:   All Ushers will be instructed in Emergency Response Procedures.


  Usher assignments are mailed every 2 months and it is the ushers responsibility to contact their  assigned caller.
